At first I was confused with the word matte and gloss being paired together. Soooo.. Is it glossy or is it matte?

It's matte! The texture is somewhere between nyx SMLC and LC Velvetines. When applied on the lips it felt watery but also creamy. After a few second it dries completely matte. When dries the color slightly look deeper. I would say that the color is similar to Colourpop Lippie Stix Frida. .
