All life are mattered!! Just because you thought dogs are 'only' an animal, it doesn't mean you have the right to torture or kill them for your own profit or your selfish satisfication.
Study said that dogs are man best companion and their loyalty never need to be questioned again.
If you can't take care of them at your home, at least don't hurt them if you see them on the street just because you're scared of them. I assure you that your fears are worthless and unreasonable because dogs never categorized as predators.
Their life are precious just like yours, mine and ours, human.
