2016 is almost over and I'm hoping so does the matte liquid lipstick trend. No matter how good the formula is, it's not very flattering for dry lips and mature lips as it's accentuate fine lines. 2017 let's bring that juicy lips back with gloss topper or conventional satin lipstick
