#throwback to one of my first international experience (apart from living abroad) in college. I was super lucky to be able to attend the 2010 World Expo in China. It has a theme Better City – Better Life (城市，让生活更美好) and it was full of country's pavilion displaying their culture and latest innovation. It was once in a lifetime opportunity!

A short history about the expo, there are two types of world expositions: registered and recognized. The one I attended was a registered expo, which are the most extravagant and most expensive expo that can run up to six months! It is held every five years in different cities across the globe. The last expo was held in Milan in 2015 with the theme "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life". My fellow IAAS juniors got the chance to visit that one during IAAS World Congress. The next one is in Dubai in 2020 with the theme "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future". This is sooo in my bucketlist (if I have the chance tho hahaha). Who's interested to go to Dubai in 2020?
