Due to Indonesian's custom change (that darn red light 😭😭😭) it took my @altheakorea package that's supposed to be part of their second anniversary celebration months to arrive (unfortunately, the birthday kit that was sent separately has not arrived until now even though i totally plan to take a festive photo with it though it's already so late 😕) and some of my friends' packages have to be refunded 😭. I know some of you are super concern about your own packages (esp if you purchase them with your own money) and that's totally legit, i just want to assure you that Althea is working their hardest to serve you, so either your package is on the way or you should be getting a refund procedure e-mail for them. Please don't worry, Althea will never cheat you of your money, it's just that they never seen these whole red light thing coming (and i know i'm gonna get some hate for this, i always get hate on for my honest reviews and testimonials so what's new)
In the meantime Althea will not be shipping anymore cosmetics or skincare to Indonesia 😭 (you can still purchase makeup tools but that'll also take longer than usual i think) until the policy is changed... So all we can do is hope and pray (and maybe petition) for it to happen 😭😭😭.
