It's not that I'm not confident without #makeup, but make up does help to boost my confidence and makes me feel good.I often found it difficult to mingle, to blend, and to make new friends.. I tried my best but often became so awkward and cheesy (some might have noticed it and they end up avoided me lol) it's because I have low self esteem. Even sharing this story makes my heart thumps like crazy.You know why? I have been bullied when I was in elementary school. It destroyed my self esteem so bad that I got bullied again in junior high school. There was a point when I even disgusted in myself and didn't want to see my reflection in the mirror at all.When I worked in sales & marketing division, I took like 3 NLP session with 3 different trainer in order to boost my confident. But it didn't work.
