At exactly this time around 2 weeks ago, I board into Furano Lavender Express Train.
It's a seasonal train thar only available during lavender blooming time. It's a yearly experience and for us perhaps, once in a lifetime.
The train have all the 'purple' details like any lavender would be and special collectibles.
Even thou' this is summer, in Hokkaido during end of June to the first weeks of July. The temperature is still rather chilly at the evening.
