Caramel Apple: This is Caramel Apple with Javanese black pepper ice cream, vanilla pannacotta, and caramel mousse.inspired by American warm Apple Pie (MY FAVE!!! Super duper yummy and addictive!)4.Snow White: This is Snow White with frozen yoghurt, strawberry poached, and rose petal.Inspired by the trending frozen yoghurt in asia.(Visually this one's my fave because it's soooo pretty!!! It looks like a tierred wedding cake and that's how you're supposed to cut it too!)3.Cocoa Mint: This is Cocoa mint with warm dark chocolate mousse, mint ice cream, cocoa crouton.Inspired by Classic English chocolate & mint.I am personally not much of a dessert person (i can't take a lot of sweets) but the sharing concept really sits well with me as i can have a bite or two of each dessert and appreciate the taste without getting overwhelmed.
