"Can I get the order right away? These customers will start getting mad at me if you guys take it so long"-Anyone who works at service area will understand that kind of situation. No one wants to wait too long for the service they've paid. But, for some reason, it can take longer than we expected due to some errors or any kind of other situation.-What I do, nowadays, is put empathy to the employee. Because I already know how panic, confuse, and hectic they are when the load are high. Even tho I don't do well at tolerating that sometime, but I always work on it.-I believe that people will do their best. And that's what I've been working on too recently.
