Affordable highlighter palette alert!This time comes from City Color Cosmetics, another budget brand with nice quality that i enjoy very much! City Color Infinite Beauty Highlight Quad is actually more suitable for medium to tan skin tone, as i have very fair skin i can only use the lightest shade in this quad buat as usual, i enjoy using the rest as eyeshadows. You can swipe to see the swatches but i will share how it look on my face in my next post.The glow is super pretty, and it's easy to control too as it's not super blinding from the first swipe, but you can definitely built it up!
