Thanks God for this new age , 2019-2020 my life was like aroller coaster 😆

Now I appreciate what I’ve done from being a journalist, presenter, mc & sport instructor. Thank you for my body & mind for being strong everytime I need it. Now I promise to keep my body happy as I am with doing regular exercise & eat what my body needs. Hope you guys do the same thing ☺️
