Hello 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫! 👋🏻 It’s been a tough year. ⁣⁣
I’ve received some good question about burn out from one of my blogger fella. Thank you for shooting this out. Have I ever felt burnt out?⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

I ever felt this way before during lockdown and got sick. I didn’t feel doing nothing, hating my job. Feel overworked which I know I should feel blessed when lot of people lost their job and I’ve got couple of fews. I’m just human being. Netflix can’t help anymore because I did that A LOT during lockdown. No friends yet in a new country since you also can’t get out. Difference time between here to Indonesia, to my friends, makes me frustrated. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

I used to keep it to my self till exploded. Since I’ve been taught by mom to handle everything by my own, wipe your tears and don’t whining. :)))⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦?⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣More simply put, if you feel exhausted, start to hate your job, life, and begin to feel less capable at work. Feel drained, unable to cope, and tired, you are showing signs of burnout.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱? Didn’t do any works for a week, reached out all friends, called them and asked them to share their story. Or simply just crying. I ever called a friend just for cry. Yes, I just asked them to quiet and let me cried out until I calmed. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
And if you feel burnout at the moment. It’s normal. We are just human. Get 2-3 days off. Go somewhere or do nothing. Or reach your people to talk with. When I was in Bali, simply I just drove somewhere else or flew to somewhere with my best. Like this one, I miss you @thiasoediro , hope we can do unplanned travel again. ⁣⁣

If you have friend who have that symptoms, just ask them: would you talk or hang out together? Then, 🤗 them. You don’t know how meant it to that person.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
