Ada yang senasib sama gue ga ya.... Minum air putih aja BB naik? 🤣🤣.Otw 50 kg biar kayak sekarung beras nih 😅😅. Anw, selama 12 tahun terakhir gue selalu bermasalah sama berat badan. Pas hamil BB melambung sampe 78 dan begitu melahirkan stuck di angka 65 kg..PSBB ini jadi semacam blessing in disguise. Gue jadi ada waktu buat olahraga, nggak keluyuran terus ke pantai atau ke gunung 😅😅 Semenjak Maret mulai ngatur makan, konsisten olga lagi dan BB perlahan turun. Udah di angka 55 kg saat ini. Masih ada 5 kg lagi yang perlu dienyahkan..Semangat diet para pejuang timbangan 😅😅 yang penting sehat, BB turun itu bonus..Btw Ancol tutup sementara ini ya.
