7 RESULTS FOR DESZELLMINIREVIEW
Trying to do as much as #deszellminireview before the year ends! This time is the @bskin_id V Line Vita Advanced Intense PAF Concentrate. When I received this from B Skin I didn’t have much expectation because this brand is new for me and I didn’t do much research prior to using this. This concentrate is surprisingly really good! At 20% vitamin C and pH mildly acidic, it’s a really good serum if you want a clearer skin from all your PIH and pigmentation. It also helps with the texture but I think for texture you will need more than one bottle. I love using this during day time as it contains ferulic acid, a great antioxidant. Also, surprisingly this isn’t as drying as I thought - just seeing at the concentration of vit C and pH, I thought it would be very drying on my skin. Compared to Klairs vitamin C, this is still very bearable. The rose oil really helps in maintaining the hydration and the lavender oil helps with calming the skin. Sensitive skin might want to patch test this first cause it’s quite a lethal concentrate. Texture is great! Very thin, absorbs to skin quite fast, feels velvety and doesn’t feel thick. This is quite pricey at IDR1,625,000 for 30ml. I think I will only do justice if I compare this to Drunken Elephant or Sunday Riley vitamin C serum. I’ve tried Drunken Elephant, in terms of texture, it’s fairly the same. In terms of result, I will say this deliver better result but if you have sensitive skin DE or Novexpert might be better suited for you. Sometimes even my skin will flare up from this. If you have very prominent pigmentation and texture problem, I will suggest for you to go with 1 bottle of this. To maintain the result go with either Votre Peau (for texture) or Klairs (for pigmentation) afterwards.

I have alot of questions regarding Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair. Thanks to the Estee Lauder team that sent this to me so I can do #deszellminireview for the newer version of this serum. The reason why I haven’t used this because in my early twenties I used to wear this like all the time! I’ve outgrown it. It is the serum that brought back my dry, dull and scaly skin back to life. I already love the original formula so much. However when I heard that several years ago they took out all the filler ingredients out I get really curious. But it wasn’t until the last couple of months that I truly test the new bottle.ANR is a night serum that you can also use during the day! It’s a repair serum that double to purify your skin. If you’re looking for anti ageing serum (but doesn’t contain retinol), hydrating serum, or just an all around serum, this is a great serum! In terms of anti ageing action this helps with suppleness and elasticity of your skin. The powerhouse of this serum is Bifida Ferment Lysate, a great anti ageing ingredient. It’s also packed with hydrating ingredients making my skin supple and elastic all day long or the morning after I use this. It’s very light, less tacky and velvety than the original one, still with the fantastic absorbtion. I love to sandwich this in between my vitamin C (day) or vitamin A (night) and my moisturiser. Before October ends, get yourself the limited edition of Estee Lauder ANR in pink bottle. It’s so cute and you’re also supporting the breast cancer awareness cause.

This @bskin_id W Line even tone essence came to my stash early this month. As the line doesn't really offer hydrating toner this serves as a hybrid of hydrating toner and first essence.
But for me, I need to figure out where it stands in my routine.
This contains nice ingredients, swipe to the left to see it. Some skin lightening ingredients such as Arbutin and Tomato extract. Hydrating ingredients such as Sodium Hyaluronate. Soothing ingredients such as honey and allantoin. Also, the famous rice ferment filtrate or sacharomyces that's inside the well known SK-II FTE and Missha First Essence.
I tried this both as first essence and as hydrating toner. As first essence this doesn't feel as hydrating as Sum 37 Secret Essence or SK-II FTE. For day time use, it's enough and it feels light and seeps into the skin quite fast. Application with cotton pad yields better result. As hydrating toner pair up with first essence, it's an even better product! But it will be an expensive skincare routine since this alone cost more than Rp1mil. My skin looks plumper, brighter and glowing.

I've had this mini kit since early last year and I've just finished everything by the end of it. So probably it's time to do a #deszellminireview of everything from Tata Harper that I've tried. In general Tata Harper products are hit and miss for me. Some are good, some are ok and some are complete failure.
1⃣ The resurfacing mask is mild, great for mild exfoliation but only works for layers that are ready to part from your skin and need a little nudge. Can't help to think it's overpriced but if you want something that's natural and lush this is it. If you want a steal tru Andalou Glycolis Mask Pumpkin Mask, not as lush but you'll get the mild exfoliation result.
2⃣Tata Harper Hydaring Floral Essence is a big no for me. The sprayer is just not nice. The essence doesn't seep in instantly, though the scent is nice but it's not hydrating at all. I would skip this and pick either May Lindstrom or Omorovicza if you want to splurge.
3️⃣ Tata Harper Rejuvenating Serum is a great serum that helps overall firmness and skin texture. It also helps neutralising the negative effect of my eczema.
4️⃣ Tata Harper Repairative Moisturiser is so light yet hydrating. Love the scent. It's comlarable to Odacite Oleosome moisturiser.
5⃣ Tata Harper regenerating cleansed (not in pic) is a cleanser with small beads to slough away dead skin cells, overpriced but the lushness of the citrusy scent and the whole experience kind of justify it. But I prefer the cleansing oil better.
6⃣ Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser (not in pic) this is my favourite! The scent is so good! It's able to remove makeup but I'm not gonna waste it for that. I love to use this for second cleanser or massage, it leaves my skin soft and fresh afterward.
7️⃣ Tata Harper Replenishing Oil Complex (not in pic) is a great oil serum that helps with my eczema too. Very hydrating and whenever I have itchiness or any problem with my skin, I'll reach for this.

Here's one moisturiser that I've briefly mentioned on October, it's the Oils of Life gel cream from @thebodyshopindo. First of all I know gel cream is intended for oily skin, but since I use alot of oils I want to use something lighter during the day time. This is really lightweight, absorbs quickly without feeling oily and doesn't leave a tacky film on your skin but hydrating enough for day time. Especially great to put on top of oil because it feels watery so the two of them interact nicely. It doesn't leave matte finish, but it's not oily either so when you put your primer it will leave a clean canvas.
Because I have dry skin, I use this during day time, under makeup and only if I use one layer of oil. Sometimes I can use two oil serums.
Also, because there's a black cumin in it, I love this when I'm experiencing hormonal acne.

Trying out a new bottle of foundation because I'm almost running out of my Dior Nude Air serum foundation. This Marc Jacobs Beauty Genius Gel Supercharged foundation is a light gel textured foundation. It even out my complexion enough but you can still see the acne scars. Just what I'm looking for, a light foundation for everyday use.

Venturing into brow and lashes care cause my skincare arsenal is kept to minimum at the moment.
I used the Apot.Care Optilash and Optibrow since several weeks ago. What I notice is thay my lashes and brows are thicker, fuller and it helps lengthen as well. As for the Optibrow, it didn't really help with growing the eyebrow hair on the balding patches. So halfway through I'm switching to The Browgal Second Chance. Which according to review is better at doing that. Once I have all the bald patches covered, I'm going to go back to Optibrow.
I've previously used Browhaus Extend Lash & Brow serum and that one is really good on growing new eyebrow hair. Let's see how the Second Chance performance compared to Extend.
