🍩 Berat badan naik 1 kg? Senyumin aja 🤣.🍩 Ya, mungkin kalau baru naik sekilo belum kelihatan perubahannya. Tapi, rasanya gimana gitu, ya. Butuh setahunan buat menurunkan berat badan sebanyak 6 kg. Giliran anak-anak libur sekolah baru seminggu udah naik sekilo 😅.🍩 Memang lagi lumayan naik nafsu makannya. Apalagi sama yang manis. Padahal dulu gak terlalu suka makanan manis. Kayaknya sejak lambung mulai kurang bersahabat sama makanan pedas, makanan manis pun mulai mendekati.
