Mungkin kalau kalian perhatiin di story aku, aku cukup sering update kalau lagi workout. I do barre, yoga, pilates, and cardio for at least 3 days a week!

Olahraga buat aku bisa membantu untuk lebih fokus dan konsentrasi terutama sebelum bekerja seharian.

Sebenernya aku sendiri masih beginner dan paling nggak satu sesi workout itu aku 20-30 menit. Tapi kerasa banget perbedaannya dari dulu aku yang lifestylenya sedentary banget.
