Everything you post on social media affects your personal image and how your viewers perceive you. How do you want to be known. Nowadays, the role of social media influencer has been acknowledged as an occupation rather than a hobby. We see bloggers as a potent and exponential force on social media. I come across as one of them and this particular occupation is fun in its own way. Unfortunately every now and then I am urged to revert back to who I was. More often than not people expect you to live up to their expectations and be something your're not. They often expect you to be perfect all the time. Perfect photos, perfect makeup, mixed with those fancy, edgy outfit. Those kind of pictures of course tend to attract more people and instantly increase boost the number of followers. But often times at the cost of losing your true identity. Rather than what social media might expect from me, I still want to remain true to myself and simply be me. You won't ever see me wearing any kind of outfit or makeup I'm not comfortable with. I am not going to take photos if I don't feel like it. I am so glad that I still have all of you who loves my natural style. After reading all of your comments through #JeanMilkaNovGA post, I feel so glad that you like my photos the why I am. I
noticed that you loved more photos of me being me instead of those photo where I have full makeup with lashes or contacts lenses on. That's the art of makeup I want us to adopt. Makeup the presents us the way we are, but in a sligly better way. Not makeup that change the way you look. I don't want you to feel embarrassed of yourself (because I used to be like that). I want you to love and familiarize yourself with makeup because you want to, not because you think you have to. Thank you so much, I am so glad to have you all. You'll never know how much you mean to me. How much I love to read all of your comments and how much it always makes my day 😘😘 #BeYourSelf #clozetteid
