Hello Instagram 👋🏻 A lot of things happened to me lately, both good and bad. Then i decided to take a social media detox and leave my smartphone for a while. Somehow, I felt an immediate feeling of freedom living without social media. Don't get me wrong, i always love the ideas of sharing and connecting with lots of people. But sometimes we spent too much of our time on technology and social media, until we kinda forget about the 'real' things. I started to look around throughout the day and it felt like things had slowed down considerably. It just seemed like i had much more time than normal and be more appreciate the moments, not only trying to capture and shared it. I'm enjoying eating without the urge of posting, dressing up without worry of taking an ootd photos, being more less-stressed, and can't be more happier to see many different face expression when i talked with them. I'm trying to managed and put everything back in its place and feeling so refreshed with staying away from social media experience. I noticed all of us need our personal space and i'm grateful for whatever comes into my life.
