Track hari ini targetnya lari 5K aja.. dari scbd puter balik bundaran senayan terus naik jembatan semanggi lewat jalur bawah biar bisa foto2 diatas jembatannya sambil "cool down" dan balik ke parkiran di Scbd. Dapet deh 11K steps dan sekitar 6km..melebihi target. Jadi minggu depan ada yang mau janjian lari juga?
