1. . Avoid too hot or too cold water! Use only lukewarm water for your face!

2. Gently apply and massage cleanser on your face (for 30 seconds to 1 minute) using upward circular motions. At the end rinse the face with cold water to close all the pores!

3. Do a face cleanse twice a day, no excuses!

4. Use a toner after every cleansing! This will balance your skin’s PH levels back to normal, because sometimes face wash can be harsh for your skin.

5.Wash your face completely, don’t rush! Pay attention to the critical areas like wrinkles, folds and creases and take time until the product work on your face. After cleaning and rinsing, pat dry with a towel.

6. Change the towel every day! Keep the face towel clean all the time, because a lot of bacteria are living in the areas where you store it!
