I've worked from home before it was cool. Been there done that for 3 years as a freelancer. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I have some tips biar kalian ga mager dan tetep produktif. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣1. Mandi! ⁣⁣⁣Meski nggak ada temen kantor yang bakal nyium bau bangke dari badan kalian, kalian harus tetep mandi sebelum #wfh biar semangat!⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣2. Pake baju yang nyaman dan pake wangi-wangian. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣3. Sarapan! ⁣⁣⁣Udah nggak ada alasan lupa sarapan karena ngejar absensi di kantor kan?! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣4. Setel musik yang semangat.⁣⁣⁣Lupakan payung teduh atau ardhito pratomo dulu deh (ntar ga kerja, malah mewek inget masa lalu huu 😭) Dengerin lagu upbeat dari artis favorit kalian. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣5. Set target harian. ⁣⁣⁣Tetapkan punishment and reward ke diri sendiri kalau nggak nyampe. Misalnya kalo achieve kalian berhak nonton Crash Landing On You malam ini. Kalau nggak achieve sit up 50X (this is good exercise for your abs) ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣6. Set time frame.⁣⁣⁣Misalnya jam 9-10 itu kerjaan yang butuh tektokan sama coworkers/ clients. Contoh conference call, stand up meeting, balesin email/text.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣10-12 DEEP WORK I⁣Kerjaan yang butuh kosentrasi penuh. Misalnya nulis naskah, editing podcast/video, bikin proposal etc. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣12-13 BREAK! ⁣⁣⁣Jangan kerja melulu. Inget makan, ibadah dan istirahat. Bisa tuh power nap 20-30 menit.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣13-14 RESEARCH⁣Kerjaan yang butuh riset. Karena abis makan kan kadang jadi ngantuk yaa.. gw yakin pada susah deep work jadi ya riset aja. Kalau gw ya dengerin podcast, nonton video, buka medsos, baca berita, dsb. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣14-15.30 DEEP WORK ⁣⁣II ⁣⁣⁣⁣15.30-16 BREAK! ⁣⁣⁣Saatnya nyemil nih. Usahakan yang sehat kayak buah segar/ jus/ puding/ agar-agar.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣16-17 EVALUATION ⁣⁣⁣Dari target harian yang udah disusun mana nih yang kurang mulus. Apa aja blockernya? Atau yang udah achieve apa aja. ⁣⁣Bisa juga laporan sama atasan/clients di jam-jam ini. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Kira-kira itu cara gw biar produktif meski kerja dari rumah. Circa 2014-2017 i was working at home as freelancer. As an extrovert it's kinda boring. #RenjanaJiwa After survived from toxic relationship and suffered great losses. I decide to heal myself with self love.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣The first thing i do is accept and admit that i'm hurt. It's quite difficult because i don't wanna look weak.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣But then i realized that i'm human afterall and it's normal if I made mistakes and feel negative feelings. So, I don't try to fight those feelings and try to be mindful.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Although it's hard but I try to forgive myself and those who treated me badly (but sometimes i still want karma do their jobs). ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣After that, I try to bring back my life together, set goals, and take actions such as workout at the gym, go on high calorie and protein diet, join self development or financial workshop, etc. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I confess that initially revenge was my fuel for self-upgrading. Dulu, gw main sikat aja kue-kue kayak gini. Tapi sekarang mikir dua kali. ⁣

Bukan berarti gw menolak gula sama sekali. Tapi gw mulai membatasi konsumsi gula, seiring gw sadar bahayanya buat kesehatan kalau dikonsumsi berlebihan-apalagi jika jarang olahraga.⁣

Sayangnya, kebanyakan dari kita suka ga ngeh tuh kalau udah konsumsi gula ngelewatin ambang batas harian. Berapa sih wajarnya? ⁣

FDA menganjurkan, konsumsi gula tambahan (gula yg diproses seperti gula pasir) ga boleh lebih dari 10% dari asupan kalori/hari. ⁣

Jadi misalnya asupan kalori gw tiap hari 2000 kal. Presentase gulanya cuma boleh 200 kal. Itu kira-kira 52 gram atau 12 sdt. ⁣

Intinya boleh makan gula tapi batasi konsumsinya dan imbangi dengan olahraga. Yok sehat bareng-bareng yok! ⁣
