Simply posing because of the quotes behind me. "Be strong and courageous"

Simple, yet it hits me deeply right now. Most of the time, the only option that I have is to be strong. But I've always forgotten how to be courageous even when the odds are not in my favor.

Because only if you have been in the deepest valley, can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

At least I learn more about myself and how the world works from my current perspective.

How do you manage your stress? For me, since I'm an ENTP (yes, people person), I need to stay busy and be near to other people (not necessarily talking tho). Sooo I came up with the solution to stay in crowded place, or else I'll be doomed. Any other advice based on your experience? 😛
