I felt very emotional two days ago and I realized I don't want to be a person that release the anger inside me to the people around me. I remember one of the task from Kuliah Online Bengkel Diri #KelasLailaGifariah #TugasManajemenEmosiBD. I didn't submit the task on time, but I managed to payed attention to my emotion for six days. Every day was running smooth. It was really different with my current emotion. That's why I want to join #kelasonlinebengkeldiri level two to upgrade my knowledge about Islam in every aspect of my life. And this is my late submission of the task on the next slide.
