Only Indonesian (okay, and maybe some other Asian nations) thinks commenting and making jokes about someone's appearance (even near strangers) is a good and polite idea. Lemme tell you something : it's not. As it is embedded in our culture, it's hard to avoid it. Even i sometimes forget that making fun on the expense of someone else is not okay. Especially if that someone is underweight because in this day and age, we idealize malnourished looks so much that we think making malicious jokes about someone skinny should be okay because they should already be grateful to be so skinny (this is stupid btw, i know a lot of skinny people who hates their bodies sadly).
