You've got this. No matter how hard it feels, don't forget how strong u are. When you feel like giving up, remember the last time u thought of giving up, but u didn't. U were strong enough to get through it then, and you're strong enough to get through it now. No one ever said that it would be easy, so don't give up when u realise it's hard. When hard things come ur way, don't give up. Don't hide or run away. When you're knocked down, take a deep breath and stand back up. It might feel impossible, but it's not - you can get through it, u can get through anything u set ur mind to. So stay strong.
