Have you eat your breakfast?
I am eating my breakfast right nowand what portion do I usually need to eat for having my breakfast?
- Milk ( I prefer no/less sugar soya milk or low fat milk)
- Any fruits, but as per today I picked banana because it's very easy to eat, you only need to peel the skin😂
- Cereals ( But nowadays I'm into granolas, since granolas contains less sugars and high in fibre than normal cereals.) That's why when I found out that Healthy Cereal Brown Rice Soul it's sugar free and high in Fibre that contains healthy carbs, and it's only 135kcal. I'm so happy! Eating cereals will not be the same anymore!
