Padahal kalau diinget-inget, materi skripsi kuliah dl bahas Leadership 😜⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Bgn yg menarik dari webinar itu bukan fokus di leadership-nya, tp gmn kita bs bantu orang lain dg kekuatan yg kita punya.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣As a #proudvirgo yg aware banget sama weakness yg aku punya, aku ngerasa harus memperbaiki semuanya. Tp hbs dengerin webinar, aku dapet pencerahan; kenapa fokus di weakness terus? kenapa ga refining strength-mu aja? 🤔⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Setelah webinar, aku ikut tes kepribadian yg akan bantu kita lihat strength yg kita punya, namanya CliftonStrengths (buatan Don Clifton, tokoh Strengths Psychology). ⁣⁣⁣Macam-macam strength menurut Clifton total ada 34. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Nah, berikut ini 5 strength yg dominan dari hasil tesku:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣• Deliberative⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣• Strategic⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣• Relator⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣• Analytical⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣• Discipline⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Ini kayaknya kalau di Hogwarts, aku cocoknya masuk Ravenclaw (I'm a Hufflepuffs, by the way) nih. Using BB cushion always been my choice for my day-to-day makeup as it’s simple to use and easy to bring anywhere. Recently, I try new Korean BB cushion from @langsre.id, 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐁 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧*, which brings different concept with other cushions I’ve ever tried. ⁣⁣🎀 There’re two colors with different functions in this cushion. The brown color is for the coverage and conceal, while the light pink color is for highlighter and tone up the skin. This cushion comes in 2 shades #21 (light beige) and #23 (natural beige). I’m in shade 23 by the way.⁣⁣🎀 The shade #23 is just perfect with my skin tone. I just never apply the two colors in the cushion together as the result will be too bright for my skin tone, thus I felt like wearing a mask. Instead, I use them alone. I can say it has light to medium coverage as it could not covered well my small redness of acnes around my cheek. Nevertheless, I like the dewy finish given from this cushion. It also good in controlling oil. Once I test it, I didn’t set my T-zone (which tends to get oily faster) with loose powder and that area doesn’t look oily, even I’ve used it for more than 8 hours.⁣⁣🎀 The overall packaging of this BB cushion really represents the most women’s favorite color. With the glossy rose gold packaging, this cushion complete with pink soft puff. I love the good smell of this cushion. I am more into a 'cushion' woman because I'm not used to wearing heavy makeup day-to-day on my face. So I just tried out this @w.labglobal_official W-Snow CC Cushion and I got shade number 23. At first I was afraid that it will not match my skintone since @yennitanoyo mentioned in her review that this shade matches so well with her skintone while mine is darker than hers. However, this shade turns out to well-matched to my skin. 😍 With low coverage, I think this cushion is great for daily use with dewy and glowing finish. As for my personal use, I don't think I will use this cushion for my go-outs that often especially when I'm outdoor because my skin is quite oily. Overall I give 7/10 score for this product!
