Want to experiment with colored liners but don't have one? In this #fotd I damped my eyeliner brush and dip it into one of my powder eye shadow. By wetting the eye shadow, the color will look bolder and easier to use to line your eyes. Don't forget to put on eye shadow primer before or else it's going to fade away within 3 hours. With primer, it last 6-7 hours with a little smudge.
The shade is from #urbandecaycosmetics Feminine Palette (I forgot the name, will check later) and the black liner is Eyeko Eyedo Liner
