I used to have a very low self-esteem. Never believed that I was even that worthy. When everyone said "you're beautiful", I thought they're just lying, just to make me not upset. So I tried to change myself not for the better but just to be able to fit that "pretty" image I thought everyone set for me. But as I get older (hope I get wiser too), I realize that I don't need anyone's approval, but I need only my acceptance to love me and to embrace all my flaws the way God created me to be. As He created me perfectly in His mage.It's not an easy progress but slowly I'll get there, slowly but sure, loving myself more, knowing that I'm worth more than what I think, that I'm enough no matter what.It took me almost 27 years for me to be able to stand where I am today.
