Tell me, do you "fangirl" (or fanboy)?

I personally have been a serial fangirl since I was little 🤣🤣🤣, and when I fangirl it's usually very serious and long term, as in I will continue liking whoever my celebrity crush is for a long time. While I am not an extremist (like, I probably wouldn't even bother trying to meet my celebrity crush or whatever), I actually amuse myself with this side of me.

Being a fangirl is a gift really, it's a stress releasing, reality escaping thing that not everybody can relate to. And I like how I become less bored, less empty (because honestly, during this pandemic I sometimes feel this emptiness that I never felt before), more giddy and excited for nothing at all 🤣. This partial quarantine (yes, you can say I am still in partial quarantine) feels so different from the part when I have no one to fangirl over.

In the other hand, fangirling also mess up with my brain a little bit, I even struggle to choose a pic to upload when usually I'd have drafts for a few days in advance 🙈🙈🙈. Oh well, fangirling never fails to make me feel like 13 year old me again, obsessing over Backstreet Boys (I'll forever be Brian Littell's girl btw). Good ole' time.
