This is my #MyBareFace Well, I know now I'm not teenager anymore so I choose to have good skin care and healthy lifestyle to help delay the natural aging process and prevent various skin problems.
One of the most important ways to take care of my skin is to protect it from the sun. My skin now have wrinkles esp. On the eye area so I should used sunscreen. I'm not smoker because smoking makes skin look older and contributes to wrinkles.
I love to treat my skin gently such as I drink plenty of water and use a moisturizer that fits my dry skin type. For daily use, I consider to use a moisturizer that contains SPF. I also avoid things that can make the skin to become dry. I avoid bathing with warm water and soap containing detergent and strong soaps. I used a suitable exfoliation treatment once or twice a week. As soon as I feel the need, I use a lip balm for the lips.
Actually I never diet but a healthy diet can help I look and feel my best such as a diet rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin. To encourage healthy skin and a healthy state of mind take steps to manage my stress. Uncontrolled stress can make my skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems.
