• apply cream blush on after foundation & concealer and before loose powder. Pat the cream blush lightly with flat brush for subtler color or with fingers for bolder look
• after loose powder applied, with patting motion apply powder blush, build the color as desired, blend it well and then set your makeup with pressed powder or finishing powder.
That way, I don't have to retouch my blush on even when I have to blot my face several times a day ✌
