Hello everyone! Did you know that a little changes can make you feel better and also help many people out there? 🌸💗 I was talking about kindness, which is very easy and very achievable acts that have a domino effect. Doing something nice for someone, treating them with respects, and talking nicely are some easy examples. But sadly, everybody knows how to be kind, and yet so many people seem not to be capable of it 🙅🏻 And for you who are wondering where am I going for these past few weeks, I was feeling really down about everything and decided to step outside of the online world to practice self-care. In another side, I was feeling upset to see a lot of hate posts and messages on social media nowadays, where it should be a place where creativity and inspirations belongs, not a source of negativity and toxic 😷 I know we can't dictate what other people share on their account. But you can be the change, don't be affected by the negativity around you both offline / online. Start sharing and doing something that motivates and make you feel good. Who knows maybe one of your kind gesture to stranger can lift up their spirits and give hope to people? ✨ And as the blessed month of #Ramadhan begins, I'd like to encouraged you to try 30 days challenge of kindness, 1 acts per days is enough, such as talk respectfully, treat others kindly, help those who need it, and also try to complain less and compliment more. (You don't need to post anything, just keep your positive act to yourself 😊) Because I believe a little acts of kindness can make a big difference. Being kind can make you happier, and in return your kindness towards other can make them happier.
